| Resumo: | Este artigo investiga os impactos negativos que o trabalho infantil impõe à educação, examinando as sequelas psicológicas sofridas por crianças que trabalham, as circunstâncias que levam à concessão de autorizações judiciais para o trabalho infantil, e avaliando a eficácia das políticas públicas dirigidas a essa questão. Este estudo propõe responder às seguintes questões: Quais são as consequências significativas no desenvolvimento de crianças que trabalham durante sua fase escolar? Pode o envolvimento precoce no trabalho tornar as crianças agressivas, afetando seu comportamento e bem-estar? A prevalência do trabalho infantil pode ser atribuída à insuficiência de medidas de fiscalização? Foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo detalhada para obter uma compreensão mais profunda das realidades do trabalho infantil e suas interações com o sistema educacional. |
| Abstract: | This article investigates the negative impacts that child labor imposes on education, examining the psychological consequences suffered by working children, the circumstances that lead to the granting of judicial authorizations for child labor, and evaluating the effectiveness of public policies aimed at this issue. This study aims to answer the following questions: What are the significant consequences for the development of children who work during their school years? Can early involvement in work make children aggressive, affecting their behavior and well-being? Can the prevalence of child labor be attributed to insufficient inspection measures? Detailed field research was undertaken to gain a deeper understanding of the realities of child labor and its interactions with the education system. |
