Menor infrator: a reintegração do menor na sociedade

Abstract

This scientific article aims to make a critical legal analysis of measures relating to juvenile delinquents, their regulations, infractions and the effectiveness of socio-educational measures provided for in the regulation on the situation of children and young people before the State, Family and society. This project will be based on the methodology used in bibliographic research, a method with theoretical and historical analysis and foundation. It is divided into 3 sessions. The first session brings a historical approach to the creation of the Child and Adolescent Statute, and its progress towards its regularization on the rights and duties of children and adolescents, analysis of the effectiveness of socio-educational measures, and the factors that lead minors to committing the infraction until the fulfillment of the measure. The second session refers to the infraction, insecurity within the family and its consequences, society and its social inequality and the right to freedom. In the third session, it ends with the Restart project, proposing ways to reinsert the minor offender into society, citing each part of the project, its structure, functioning, collaborative units and the function of each one of them.
