| Resumo: | O presente trabalho teve por objetivo abordar a Revolução Tecnológica 4.0 e seus efeitos nas relações de trabalho e consequentemente nos direitos trabalhistas. Foi utilizado o metodo hipotético indutivo e pesquisa bibliográfica por meio de leitura adequada, pelo estudo teórico de leis e princípios constitucionais. Foram analisados os aspectos sócio-históricos da temática, explanando sobre as revoluções pretéritas, a evolução jurídica e a proteção do trabalhador na Revolução 4.0 para a compreensão e a compatibilidade das novas relações de trabalho atualmente no Brasil.
