| Resumo: | Nossa sociedade mudou drasticamente a forma de definir e ver as famílias, passamos do modo tradicional e conservador para uma família definida por toda e qualquer forma que seja repleta de afeto e amor. Com essa mudança adveio demandas pela solução de conflitos tais como este aqui abordado. O abandono afetivo ainda não regulamentado, entretanto, carece de muito apreço e por este motivo enfatizamos a real possibilidade de ser indenizado moralmente o filho que foi abandonado pelo pai. Provado o dano psíquico em consequência do abandono, busca-se que todos tenham este conhecimento, os danos existem, são reais e a procura por uma solução através do judiciário é louvável. A pesquisa utilizada de natureza aplicada procura produzir conhecimentos dirigidos à solução de problemas específicos, no caso a indenização moral em razão do abandono afetivo paterno. Observado julgados, doutrinas, votos, posicionamentos, todos amparados na veracidade de que, o abandono afetivo causa problemas psicológicos drásticos. |
| Abstract: | ABSTRACT: Our society has drastically changed the way of defining and seeing families, we have moved from the traditional and conservative way to a family defined by any and all forms that are full of affection and love. With this change came demands for the solution of conflicts such as the one discussed here.Affective abandonment, which is not yet regulated, however, lacks much appreciation and for this reason we emphasize the real possibility of being morally compensated for the son who was abandoned by his father. Proving the psychological damage as a result of abandonment, it is sought that everyone has this knowledge, the damage exists, it is real and the search for a solution through the judiciary is commendable.The applied research of an applied nature seeks to produce knowledge aimed at solving specific problems, in this case moral indemnity due to the affective abandonment of the father. Observed judgments, doctrines, votes, positions, all supported by the truth that, the emotional abandonment causes drastic psychological problems |
