O programa bolsa família no município de Damolândia, Goiás - 2018/19

Abstract

The present monographic work has as object of study the reduction of the Bolsa Família Program in the Social Assistance Reference Center (CRAS) of Damolândia in the year 2019 to 2020. It is a documentary research carried out by searching data from the website of the Ministry of Social Development and Citizenship through the Bolsa Família Program Management System (SIGPBF). The general objective is to analyze the Bolsa Família Program in the municipality of Damolândia, Goiás, in the last federal governments in the period corresponding to the years 2018 and 2019. For specific objectives, it sought to verify how the lack of new benefits has affected the lives of user families Social Assistance in the municipality; To verify how the failure to find new beneficiaries affected the economy of the municipality in addition to analyzing the difference in the number of beneficiaries of the Bolsa Família program in previous governments and in the current government. It was observed that in the municipality of Damolândia 62% of the people included in the Single Registry are over 40 years old and that 44% have per capita income below R $ 100.00 reais, and that in the years 2018/2019 there was a significant decrease in the number of beneficiaries receiving PBC. In other words, in these respective years, there is a dissymmetry of benefits granted.
