A atuação do Ministério Público de Goiás em politicas públicas inclusivas: o caso das cooperativas de materiais recicláveis

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Public Ministry of Goiás in inclusive public policies, specifically dealing with the study of recyclable materials cooperatives. To this end, the proposal starts from the theme of inclusive public policies, in the case involving public institutions such as the State Prosecutor's Office, the Municipality of Goiânia and its urban cleaning company, COMURG and AMMA. From the theme, a problem raises the central question of the study, which would be how the MP becomes operational in the realization of municipal public policies for the inclusion of cooperatives in the Selective Collection in the municipality of Goiânia? The research carried out in the year 2020 used the qualitative method using the injunctive method with the help of questionnaires, applied to the seven leaders of the cooperatives, but also, bibliographic research seeking a critical analysis of the object to be researched and exposing the elements of contradiction of that same object. It is important to point out that that through this research we will explore the degree of satisfaction of the cooperators towards the institutions and find that it was possible to answer the initial question.
