The general objective of this work was to carry out a study on the impact of Artificial Intelligence on the job market, investigating how the increasing adoption of AI technologies is transforming the dynamics of the job market, influencing the demand for skills and professions, as well as the implications social and economic consequences resulting from this transformation in workers. Specific objectives include a study of the implications of ongoing transformations in artificial intelligence (AI) on the current job market, investigate how AI is shaping demand for skills in relation to workers, occupations and employment relationships, and what Workers are noticing positive and negative points with these changes.
