A eficácia jurídica das leis em assegurar os direitos das mulheres no Brasil

Abstract

In this presente article, the legal efficacy of laws in protecting women’s rights in Brazil was discussed, aiming to evaluate the implementation of these laws that seek to ensure greater legal security concerning women’s rights, such as equality citizenship, and difference. Even with the effective implementation of laws, it is not always guaranteed that women fully enjoy these rights. The methotology used in this study was bibliographic research, including the analysis of scientific articles, works by renowned authors, legal doctrines, constitutions, and other legal norms, with the aim of obtaining clear and objetive concepts. Firstly, the historical context of women’s struggle for their rights over the years was addressed to understand the historical origino f these rights to the presente day, including claims such as women’s suffrage. Secondly, in the second section, na analysis was made of the existing challenges in society that still hinder the effective guarantee of these rights. Furthermore, in the third section, a brief analysis was made of the main achievements of women up to the presente moment regarding certain laws, along with suggestions for measures and public policies aimed at ensuring women’s rights for stable legal security and efficacy.
