Abstract: INTRODUCTION: The majority of the population LGBTQIA+ already went through an exclusion process throughout the life regarding your sexual orientations, leaving the more vulnerable to the process of illness having their health affected indirectly and directly inducing the departure and the not seeking for the healthcare network attendance, emphasizing discrimination and embarrassment afflicted to health professional in the attendance moment. OBJECTIVE: Review the evidence available in literature about perception of the health professional with regard to health gays men and bisexuals, trans women and travestis. METHODOLOGY: This is a integrative literature review, filed through critical scrutiny of the findings laid out in 4 strains accordingly with the similarity of the themes. THE FINDIGINDS: For the presentation of results of this study we chose to report numerically the details of the supplies found in searches in different databases. Twenty-nine studies were analyzed. The periodic that most highlight in number of publications was the Brazilian Journal of Nursing and with the highest number of publications in 2019. DISCUSSION: After analytical reading of the 29 articles, it was possible to classify their contents through four categories of analysis listed: Hosting populations HGBMTT in health services; Prevention and health promotion of gay men, bisexuals, trans women and travestis; Discrimination and Humanization of service. CONCLUSION: The vast majority of HGBMTT only seek health care when they have an infection in a critical and advanced state. Sexuality not being discussed in conversation circles is a great factor for not seeking health services, as it is considered a taboo, and this happens to all audiences, whether homosexual or not. So, as needed for health professionals to visualize and reflect on some factors that can is negatively influence the health of the LGBTQIA+ population in general and that HGBMTT can lead to pathological and infections processes for the not affection of care and for being centered on a line of care guided by stigmas that judge and condemn these people taking away the right to health promotions with efficient results.
