A cultura do rock em Goiânia: podcast

Abstract

This Course Completion Work is an Experimental Project that resulted in a podcast in documentary format, which addresses the rock scene in the city of Goiânia. The media explains, in addition to the history of the genre in the capital, its characteristics and characters. The bibliographical research resulted in the theoretical unit (Chapter I) that discusses the history of cultural journalism, its characteristics and trends, the history of rock, the genre in Brazil and the scene in the city of Goiânia. The unit also includes the history of the podcast, its characteristics and market. The interviews carried out during the production of the documentary also contributed to understanding and deepening the theme. The main objective of the work is to describe the rock scene in the capital of Goiás, the bands, characters and spaces that are part of its context. The work concludes that the rock scene in the city of Goiânia continues to move spaces and festivals that host the genre, which is still representative on the national scene. In the memo, which provides an account of the practical process of producing the documentary, sound language and its elements are discussed: music, sound effects, words and silence.
