Abstract

An important resource in Brazil to help individuals in their daily lives so that they can make decisions that are more convenient for their financial goals is to know what financial education is, preventing actions taken inappropriately from affecting their financial lives, professional and social. This research seeks to bring about the importance of financial education in Brazil, how it can contribute to the evolution of the human being, both individually and as parents, examples of countries that invest in financial education were brought in the same way. that an analysis of the different situations can be carried out, how culture affects it, the role of the theme in the economy of each region and for each person, bringing the possibility of making society rethink consumption habits, exchanging for more sustainable ones. A qualitative, exploratory and descriptive research was carried out, using similar articles related to the theme. The relevance of the development of future projects was brought, so that they reach the entire population. Several problems were pointed out on the subject, although there is an incentive from the Government, only a few specific actions are carried out, but without great result
