Based on a case study conducted in Goiânia, leftover materials from previous projects were reused through warehouse reorganization, standardized requisition procedures, and the assembly of plumbing kits. The results showed improvements in material control and traceability, as well as reductions in operational losses and time spent searching for materials. From an economic perspective, approximately R$ 80,000.00 in plumbing materials was recovered, corresponding to an estimated savings of 2% to 3% of the cost of this project phase. Although percentage-wise modest, this result is relevant as it is associated with waste reduction and the efficient use of higher value-added materials. From an environmental standpoint, there was a reduction in waste generation and more efficient use of resources. The practice demonstrated alignment with Lean Construction principles and the Sustainable Development Goals, proving to be an efficient, low-cost solution with strong potential for replication in the construction sector. The study was conducted in a construction company located in Goiânia, which operates in the execution of singlestory houses and townhouses in gated communities. The methodology consisted of mapping the current construction monitoring process, defining performance indicators, structuring a database in spreadsheets, and developing a dashboard using a digital platform. Indicators such as construction completion percentage, planned cost by stage, actual cost, budget balance, cost per square meter, and schedule performance were used. The results indicated that the proposed tool enables the integration of physical and financial information into a single visual environment, facilitating project monitoring and promoting greater transparency for managers and clients. It is concluded that the developed model contributes to the modernization of construction management and reinforces the importance of the production engineer in process integration, data analysis, and operational efficiency improvement. The diagnosis identified the absence of formal inspection criteria, documentation, and technical configuration procedures, resulting in operational rework and avoidable support tickets. This applied qualitative research used direct observation, semi-structured interviews, and CRM records analysis to map the current process (As Is), identify bottlenecks, and propose a future process (To Be). As a result, a To Be Flowchart and a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) were developed, structuring the process through standardized stages and validation checkpoints. The proposal aims to reduce nonconformities, improve operational reliability, and support business scalability.
