It was sought to identify the impacts of anthropic imprint in the stretch of the watercourse located in an urban zone. By use of engineering software’s and satellite images it was conceived an overview of figures that are showing the effects caused by the anthropic pressure on the natural resource. Observing the results, it made possible to identify the non compliance of minimum requirements of great environmental relevance established by the current law. Therefore, the objective of the present work is to show the need to implement a management plan for solid waste generated in the supermarket, named Empório Pompeia located in Goiânia-GO. For this, the company was divided into four sectors and interviews were conducted with managers and employees regarding the internal management of the project's solid waste. Data on the classification, storage and final destination of the waste were collected and it was pointed out that, according to the environmental legislation in force, the supermarket under study has environmentally adequate management conditions, but it will be necessary to adopt some corrective measures for better functioning. With the help of Google Earth Pro, the bilateral margins of the APP and Nascente studied were delimited. The area of the Jucão stream complied with the provisions of the Brazilian Forest Code Law 12.651 of 2012 of 30 meters wide on the bilateral margins of water courses with less than 10 meters wide in its bed, over the years, evaluated in 2010, which is the period before the recovery, going through 2016 until the current image in the year 2020 at Point 1 and Point 2 of its permanent preservation area, but its source which, due to the topographical condition, cannot follow the 50 meter radius in its surroundings , required by law. The recommendation is that what is required by law is always complied with and that due care be taken in an area of permanent preservation, such as inspection so that anthropogenic interference does not occur, such as vegetation suppression, disposal of solid waste and so that there is an intensification of planting of seedlings at a time of year to ensure the maintenance of the preserved area. As a way of controlling the innumerable problems generated by this lack of rural sanitation, EMBRAPA presented a technological solution that enables the treatment of domestic sewage, the Biodigester Septic Tank. In the present work a dimensioning and a proposal for the implementation of this system was presented in the Alto de São Jorge property located in the city of Alto Paraíso de Goiás - GO.
