Título: A interioridade em Santo Agostinho
Abstract: Interiority is a founding concept in Saint Augustine and is valuable for understanding man in the dimensions of desire, search for knowledge and happiness. Or, as the patristic philosopher sometimes puts it, the search for beatitude. Investigating what interiority is is understanding who this creature is challenged by man, it is turning to oneself as a way of doing philosophy, and for this, it is important to understand the role of reason and memory in Saint Augustine, the which this article will synthetically discuss.

Título: O papel da filosofia e as dificuldades do raciocínio nos adolescentes do ensino médio
Abstract: This work had as objective to analyze the difficulty of high school students in thinking philosophically. We performed a bibliographical research. We developed a questionnaire that was answered by students from state schools in the region of Goiânia. The questionnaire addressed issues related to the content of the philosophy discipline and its importance, and the mastery of content by professors and students. Data were compiled into charts. In the first chapter, we discuss the importance of philosophy in the high school curriculum and the difficulties faced, such as late recognition and the lack of accessible didactic material. We also address the challenges presented by social networks in teaching philosophy, highlighting the ease of access to ready-made answers and the need to engage students. In the second chapter, we focus on the influence of social networks and technology on education, highlighting their impact during the COVID-19 pandemic. We highlight the inequality of access to technology and the advantages and disadvantages of using social networks in philosophy teaching. In the third chapter, we address the didactic influence of the philosophy teacher on the assimilation of contents by students, emphasizing the importance of continuing education and teaching methodologies. We also discuss the difficulties faced by philosophy teachers in high school and the importance of the discipline for the Enem. We conclude that philosophy plays a fundamental role in the critical and reflective formation of high school students. We point out the need for an interdisciplinary approach and a broad education, going beyond the contents tested in Enem. We highlight the importance of the philosophy teacher as a facilitator of philosophical reasoning and the proper use of social networks as teaching tools. The research contributes to the understanding of the challenges faced in the teaching of philosophy in high school, suggesting strategies to improve the approach and assimilation of philosophical contents by students.

Título: As afecções da linguagem
Abstract: The work explores the science of language from the perspective of Spinoza's Ethics. We approach the influence of symbols, affections, culture, archetypes and stereotypes in the imagination (representation of the listener). The structure of the text aims to highlight the contemporaneity of Spinoza's reflections for the study of Moral Judgments. The text leads to the perception of the importance of Empathic Skills for the persuasive process. The reflections deliver the concept of 'Relationship Status' and 'Moral Circles' as important elements of affection. Finally, it leads to the perception of how 'reason' is affected by our intuitions.

Título: O fenômino do riso segundo Thomas Hobbes
Abstract: There are numerous studies on laughter, which can be positively understood as an expression of genuine joy, grace and fun caused by the unexpected. However, laughter can be perceived in a negative way, as something to be avoided, and which involves mockery, contempt for the other or the feeling of superiority of the one who laughs in relation to the target of laughter. Laughter can also be perceived from a physiological point of view, that is, from the effects of grace on the body, which result in laughter, for example. It can also be identified with the puerile attitude of young people, who have not yet understood the seriousness of life. Finally, since antiquity, there has been a certain association between laughter and good taste: uncontrolled laughter and loud laughter are not considered legitimate demonstrations of civility and good manners. This work focuses on laughter from the perspective of the English philosopher Thomas Hobbes. Even not ignoring the happier face of laughter, the philosopher has as his target specifically the laughter of mockery, since it is not up to those who desire peace any other attitude than to avoid it. Thus, it is especially in the context of his political theory that laughter interests Thomas Hobbes and interests us, in this investigation, although all dimensions of this human response to what he finds funny must also be contemplated.
