    <title>Análise dos aspectos construtivos na implantação de redes elétricas de média tensão em áreas rurais</title>

    <description>Título: Análise dos aspectos construtivos na implantação de redes elétricas de média tensão em áreas rurais
Abstract: This paper analyzes the constructive aspects involved in the implementation of low and medium electrical voltage networks in rural areas, by using, as a case study, the construction of a 34.5 kV distribution line to supply a center-&#xD;
pivot irrigation system at Fazenda Monte Alegre Pindaíbas, located in the rural area of Rio Verde, Goiás, Brazil. This study describes in detail the main construction stages — staking, excavation, pole installation, hardware assembly, conductor stringing, equipment installation, and grounding system execution — evaluating conformity with the ABNT technical standards and Equatorial Energia Goiás specifications. The selected conductor was CAA 4/0 AWG (ACSR), and the calculated voltage drop along the 5 km line was 0.18%, well within the ±5% limit established by ANEEL PRODIST Module 8. The protection coordination study confirmed selective operation between the consumer substation relay (PEXTRON URPE 7104T) and the utility recloser (COOPER-FORM6). The grounding mesh design resulted in touch and step voltages of 52.35 V and 25.00 V, respectively, both significantly below the normative limits of 649 V and 2.104 V. The results demonstrate that rigorous technical compliance and careful construction planning are decisive factors for the reliability and safety of rural electrical infrastructure.

    <title>Gestão de armazenamento de energia em sistemas fotovoltaicos híbridos com aprendizado por reforço</title>

    <description>Título: Gestão de armazenamento de energia em sistemas fotovoltaicos híbridos com aprendizado por reforço
Abstract: The tightening of the Brazilian distributed-generation regulatory framework, particularly the progressive charging of the “Fio B” tariff component, makes minimizing grid usage increasingly advantageous for residential consumers. Commercial hybrid inverters, however, operate under pre-configured fixed-rule modes that cannot simultaneously reconcile the reduction of grid consumption with the preservation of an energy reserve to sustain the load during supply interruptions. This work proposes an autonomous storage-management system based on a Deep Q-Network reinforcement learning agent, supported by a statistical planner, that decides the battery charge and discharge cycles from real operational data. The system was validated in the field, on a real residential hybrid photovoltaic plant, through a comparative experiment between the conventional Backup mode and control by the agent. During the night and early-morning window, the fraction of the load supplied by the grid dropped from 80.2% to 28.5%, with the battery’s share of meeting that demand rising from nearly zero to 56.5%. The results show that the agent significantly reduces grid dependence while preserving the reserve function, establishing intelligent storage management as a viable and replicable advantage in the distributed-generation context.

    <description>Título: Estudo de controle de empuxo em propulsores elétricos para aplicação em cubesats
Abstract: The following work is a study of thrust control in &#xD;
electrical propulsion for CubeSats. With emphasis on the &#xD;
review of the main technologies in electrical propulsion &#xD;
available for nanosatellites and an analysis of a real mission &#xD;
that demonstrates the practical application of these &#xD;
technologies in orbit. Initially, the fundamentals of electric &#xD;
propulsion systems are presented, organized into three &#xD;
categories, and discussed in terms of operational &#xD;
characteristics, advantages and limitations in the context of the &#xD;
severe restrictions on mass, volume, and power imposed by the &#xD;
standard CubeSat. Next, the concept of thrust control in open &#xD;
and closed meshes, along with the practical difficulties of its &#xD;
implementation in electrical micropropulsions. The central &#xD;
case study is about the satellite UWE-4, from the University of &#xD;
Würzburg in partnership with TU Dresden, which was the first &#xD;
CubeSat 1U to successfully operate an electrical propulsion &#xD;
system in orbit - the NanoFEEP, with gallium propellant. The &#xD;
attitude-hybrid system control, the neutralizers and propulsors &#xD;
characterization experiments performed in orbit, and the &#xD;
unprecedented orbital maneuvers performed are all detailed in &#xD;
2020, which included altitude lowering and raising, and auto collision deviation. The results confirmed the viability of &#xD;
miniaturized electrical propulsion for CubeSat 1U and &#xD;
demonstrated that thrust control via current modulation is an &#xD;
effective approach for precise maneuvers in this class of &#xD;
satellite.

    <title>Estudo analítico para avaliação das perdas técnicas considerando o aumento da penetração da geração distribuída nas redes de distribuição</title>
    <link>https://repositorio.pucgoias.edu.br/jspui/handle/123456789/10812</link>
    <description>Título: Estudo analítico para avaliação das perdas técnicas considerando o aumento da penetração da geração distribuída nas redes de distribuição
Abstract: This paper presents an analytical study of the technical&#xD;
losses in electric power distribution networks considering&#xD;
the increasing penetration of photovoltaic distributed generation.&#xD;
The simulations were conducted on the IEEE 13-bus reference&#xD;
feeder, using the OpenDSS software integrated with Python&#xD;
through the py-dss-interface library. The penetration sweep&#xD;
was carried out from 0 to 120% of the feeder’s total load, in&#xD;
steps of 10 %, for ten distinct connection points, covering threephase,&#xD;
two-phase and single-phase buses. The load profiles were&#xD;
obtained from ANEEL’s CTR System, filtered for the CELG&#xD;
utility, and the irradiation and temperature data were extracted&#xD;
from the NASA POWER API with the coordinates of Goiânia.&#xD;
The results show that highly loaded terminal buses provide the&#xD;
largest loss reductions, reaching 31.20% at bus 675, whereas&#xD;
buses on low-capacity lateral branches exhibit loss increases&#xD;
due to reverse power flow from moderate penetration levels&#xD;
onward. The results indicate that the regulatory methodology&#xD;
currently in force in Module 7 of PRODIST may underestimate&#xD;
the differentiated impact of distributed generation according to&#xD;
the connection point along the feeder.
