<summary type="text">Título: A transição para o consumo digital: impactos da pandemia na estratégia de comércio exterior da Sony (2019-2025)
Abstract: This study analyzes the transition of Sony PlayStation to a digital consumption model on a global scale between 2019 and 2025, evaluating how corporate communication and the pandemic scenario impacted brand strength amid international foreign trade challenges. The research adopts a qualitative approach, employing bibliographic and documentary procedures, utilizing corporate reports from the Sony Group (FY2019-FY2025), data from multilateral organizations, and specialized literature on foreign trade, strategic communication, and the digital economy. The results indicate that the pandemic acted as a catalyst for digital migration, shifting demand from physical hardware to digital licenses and recurring subscriptions. In response, Sony reconfigured its foreign trade strategies, prioritizing the consolidation of digital ecosystems, cross-platform integration, and marketing campaigns focused on convenience and community engagement. The platform strategy, combined with intellectual property maximization and network effects, conferred financial resilience and sustained the brand’s global positioning even amid semiconductor shortages, currency volatility, and regulatory adaptation. It is concluded that the transition to digital consumption constitutes a strategic imperative for transnational technology corporations. The capacity to integrate technological transformation, targeted communication, and recurring revenue models demonstrates how to overcome macroeconomic and logistical challenges, offering strategic insights for foreign trade in the post-pandemic era.

<summary type="text">Título: Terceiro comando puro e o narcopentecostalismo: (in)segurança no Brasil à luz dos estudos críticos de segurança
Abstract: This paper departs from the following research question: in what ways does the articulation between the Terceiro Comando Puro and the phenomenon known as narcopentecostalism constitute a legitimation practice of criminal governance that produces dynamics of (in)security in Brazilian urban peripheries? To answer it, the research analyzes narcopentecostalism as a phenomenon that, having emerged organically in peripheral communities and been gradually assimilated by the TCP, comes to produce and reproduce dynamics of (in)security, with emphasis on Rio de Janeiro. Drawing on a qualitative approach and a case study method, the work mobilizes the theoretical framework of Critical Security Studies (CSS), articulating the contributions of the Copenhagen, Paris, and Wales Schools. The central hypothesis holds that narcopentecostalism strengthens the social legitimacy and criminal governance of the TCP, exposing the limits of the State in the production of security and consolidating a dynamic of (in)security marked by the action of non-state actors in the dispute for authority and territorial control. The results indicate that the TCP, by incorporating neopentecostal religious discourse, not only legitimizes its authority among peripheral communities, but also operates as a producer and manager of social unease, in the terms of the Paris School, while simultaneously deepening structures of domination that restrict individual emancipation, as argued by the Wales School. It is concluded that narcopentecostalism constitutes a sophisticated mechanism of non-state securitization, which exploits the institutional vacuum of the Brazilian State to consolidate alternative forms of governance, rendering (in)security a structural product of the TCP's operation.

<summary type="text">Título: Brussels Effect: A União Europeia como exportadora de padrões regulatórios e o caso do AI ACT
Abstract: This study analyzes how the political-institutional structure of the European Union (EU) sustains the international projection of its regulatory power, using the Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act) as an instrumental case study. In a global scenario marked by technological competition and regulatory uncertainty, the research is guided by the following question: how does the political-institutional structure of the European Union sustain the formation and projection of its regulatory power in the international system? The study adopts a qualitative and interpretive approach, drawing on documentary analysis of official European Commission records, the historical perspective of single market integration, and a qualitative comparison of the regulatory agendas of Brazil and Canada. The theoretical framework combines contributions from sociological and historical institutionalism, constructivism, and experimentalist governance to understand the construction and diffusion of European regulatory authority. The study is based on the hypothesis that European regulatory power does not derive exclusively from economic factors, but rather results from the combination of a consolidated institutional architecture, structured and predictable decision-making processes, and a normative foundation legitimized by shared values. This combination makes possible the extraterritorial diffusion of European norms, a phenomenon described in the literature as the Brussels Effect. The empirical findings provide consistent evidence supporting the confirmation of the hypothesis at the de facto level, demonstrating that large transnational corporations in the artificial intelligence sector have internalized technical criteria and governance mechanisms associated with the AI Act in their global operations. At the de jure level, however, the findings reveal a more decentralized dynamic, in which sovereign states selectively incorporate European regulatory concepts and instruments, adapting them to their domestic priorities. The results suggest that the international governance of artificial intelligence tends to be structured through processes of coordination, adaptation, and regulatory interoperability, in which European influence remains relevant while coexisting with other centers of regulatory production in a multipolar international environment.
