    <summary type="text">Título: Fatores que influenciam o arremesso tipo jump no basquetebol
Abstract: Basketball is a team sport in which shooting stands out as the most important technical &#xD;
gesture for scoring points, with the jump shot technique being widely used due to its effectiveness &#xD;
and protection against defensive players.Objective: To investigate the main factors that influence the &#xD;
accuracy of the jump shot in basketball. Method: This study is characterized as exploratory and &#xD;
bibliographic research, qualitative, cross-sectional, and retrospective in nature. Data collection was &#xD;
conducted on the CAPES Journals Portal, using the descriptors basketball, jump, and throw, with a &#xD;
time frame of the last 10 years. The final analysis included 7 articles interpreted through content &#xD;
analysis.Results: The literature review demonstrated that shooting accuracy is multifactorial. &#xD;
Physical and biomechanical aspects include the release height and angle of the ball, as well as the &#xD;
angular velocity of the joints. Technical factors highlighted the importance of refined movement &#xD;
patterns for performance and injury prevention, in addition to specific adjustments like the "dip" for &#xD;
greater fluidity. Finally, psychological variables pointed out that visual attention, expressed by the &#xD;
"quiet eye" concept, is directly associated with shooting success, being influenced by states of &#xD;
anxiety, fatigue, and defensive pressure.Conclusions: It is concluded that effectiveness in the jump &#xD;
shot depends on the integrated interaction between technical-biomechanical mastery and the &#xD;
athlete's cognitive and emotional control, highlighting the need for specific and multidisciplinary &#xD;
training.

Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the differences in muscle hypertrophy between adult women who practice weight training combined with a high-protein diet and women who perform only resistance training. This is a narrative literature review, with a qualitative approach and exploratory-descriptive character, developed through a survey of national and international scientific databases. Studies published between 2023 and 2026 related to weight training, muscle hypertrophy, body composition, and protein intake in adult women were analyzed. The results showed that resistance training was mainly associated with increased muscle strength, functional improvement, and positive changes in body composition. The analyzed studies indicated an increase in lean mass, a reduction in body fat percentage, and improved physical performance after interventions between 8 and 12 weeks of training. Regarding the high-protein diet, a contribution to the maintenance of muscle mass, recovery, and metabolic responses associated with training was observed. However, some studies did not identify a statistically significant superiority of the association between weight training and a high-protein diet when compared to isolated resistance training in gains related to muscle hypertrophy. It is concluded that weight training remains the primary stimulus for hypertrophic adaptations in adult women, while adequate protein intake can support muscle recovery, maintain lean mass, and optimize training responses.

    <summary type="text">Título: Exercício físico para pessoas com mutação no gene RYR1
Abstract: RYR1-related myopathies are hereditary neuromuscular disorders characterized by alterations in intracellular calcium release, impairing the excitation–contraction coupling process in skeletal muscle. These alterations may cause muscle weakness, early fatigue, exercise intolerance, reduced functional capacity, recurrent rhabdomyolysis, and susceptibility to malignant hyperthermia. In this context, physical exercise emerges as a complementary therapeutic strategy for maintaining functionality and improving physical capacity. Objective: to analyze the effects of physical exercise in individuals with RYR1-related myopathy. Method: This study used an indirect bibliographic review strategy. The search was conducted using the PICo strategy, including articles published in Portuguese and English between 2000 and 2025, retrieved from the databases Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), PubMed, Cochrane Library, Google Scholar, and international open-access journals, encompassing the Research Line in Sports and Health Sciences of the Center for Studies and Research in Physical Education. Results: The analyzed literature showed that individuals with RYR1-related myopathies present reduced functional capacity, early fatigue, and lower exercise tolerance. The studies also indicate that supervised, individualized, low- to moderate-intensity physical exercise may contribute to the maintenance of muscle strength, functional endurance, and quality of life, provided that the risks associated with intense physical effort are respected. Final Considerations: physical exercise proved to be a promising complementary therapeutic strategy for individuals with RYR1-related myopathy, provided that it is performed safely, individually, and under professional supervision, respecting the physiological and clinical limitations of this population.
